It's that time of year again! Eucalyptus radiata: may have profound antiviral effect on the respiratory system. Has strong antibacterial, anticatarrhal, and antiseptic properties.
Rosemary: may help balance heart function, energize solar plexus, and reduce mental fatigue. May improve circulation and help stimulate nerves. It's antiseptic and anti-infectious.
