Staying Healthy Through Cold & Flu Season

It's that time of year again! The time of year when we head to our local grocery/drug store to stock up on Kleenex, cough drops, Emergen-C, and all those other necessities to prevent and help fight illness. Cinnamon Bark: is a powerful purifier, powerful oxygenator, and helps enhance the activity of other oils. May have a stimulating and toning effect on the entire body especially on the circulatory system. It's antibacterial, antifungal, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial.

Eucalyptus radiata: may have profound antiviral effect on the respiratory system. Has strong antibacterial, anticatarrhal, and antiseptic properties.

Rosemary: may help balance heart function, energize solar plexus, and reduce mental fatigue. May improve circulation and help stimulate nerves. It's antiseptic and anti-infectious.
